The South Tangerang Land Office (Kantah Tangsel) held a Ramadan iftar (breaking of the fast) gathering with media professionals, staff members, the Association of Land Notary Officials (IPPAT) of South Tangerine City, and distributed Ramadan assistance packages. The event, held at the Kantah Tangsel auditorium, aimed to strengthen relationships and introduce the new leadership of the South Tangerang Land Office.

The Kantah Tangsel also committed to improving the quality of public service. “We are ready to provide the best service, even up to 200 per cent, for the satisfaction of service to the community,” stated Seto Apriadi, Head of Kantah Tangsel, at the iftar event.

Seto acknowledged that service shortcomings remain, particularly at service counters. To address this, the office is implementing various improvements, including the adoption of a digital barcode-based system to enable the public to access service requirement information online easily.

“We hope journalist colleagues can help educate the public regarding land administration service application requirements, so that the public does not need to come in just to ask about requirements,” he added.

Seto Apriadi emphasised that this activity was not only a gathering but also an opportunity to build better communication between the Land Office and media representatives. “We hope this event becomes a moment for mutual acquaintance between the Land Office staff and IPPAT colleagues as well as journalists. We want to build good communication with media friends,” he concluded, noting that the iftar and Quran recitation session would further strengthen cooperative relationships with the media and continue to innovate for better service to South Tangerang residents.
