South Tangerang Land Office Commits to Professional, Transparent Service Free from Illegal Levies
The South Tangerang City Land Office (Kantah Tangsel) has committed to providing professional, fast, transparent, and integrity-driven land services to the public. This commitment is realised through improving human resources, optimising digital-based services, and strengthening a service culture oriented towards public satisfaction. Head of Kantah Tangsel, Seto Apriyadi, stated that this commitment is in line with the direction of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency, Nusron Wahid, who emphasised that land service transformation must provide legal certainty, transparency, measurable service standards, and be free from illegal levies. The entire ministry is expected to provide professional, integrity-driven services oriented towards public satisfaction as part of efforts to build public trust in land services. Seto affirmed that his office prioritises the PASTI values (Professional, Accountable, Synergistic, Transparent, and Innovative) in every service process, from document reception and land consultation to service completion according to applicable operational standards. “We are committed to providing services with certainty to the public, carried out transparently, with measurable time and cost standards, and free from illegal levies. All citizens have the right to easy, fast, and professional services according to established service standards,” he said. Seto also invited the public to actively participate in realising clean public services by utilising complaint channels if they find indications of irregularities in the service process. He stressed that the quality of public service is a top priority in building public trust in the institution, viewing service to the community not merely as an administrative task but as a form of dedication as a state apparatus.
