South Sulawesi Exceeds LP2B Target, Secures 587,423 Hectares from Conversion
South Sulawesi Province has surpassed the national target for Sustainable Food Agricultural Land (LP2B) set by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). The province proposed 587,423 hectares, representing 88.92 percent of its total 660,638 hectares of raw rice fields, exceeding the national target of 87 percent. This achievement positions South Sulawesi as one of the regions moving faster than the national medium-term development plan (RPJMN) target, which is set for 2029.
