The Nusantara Capital Authority (IKN) has once again signed Cooperation Agreements (PKS) with investors. This time, the collaboration is with PT Dian Jaya Indonesia and PT Biru Makmur Abadi. The agreement covers the construction of facilities in the form of a hotel and a sports centre.

The apartment and hotel construction project is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2026 on a land area of approximately 33,201 square metres. The investment value reaches Rp 1.15 trillion.
Meanwhile, PT Biru Makmur Abadi will build sports centre facilities and a restaurant in KIPP 1C. The construction will take place around the Taruna Nusantara High School complex and Gunadarma University.
The sports centre facilities are expected to support activities in the educational area. This project is also hoped to enrich public facilities. The construction is planned to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026 with a land area of approximately 16,387 square metres and an estimated investment of Rp 50 billion.
“The presence of the apartment, hotel, sports centre, and restaurant projects not only adds to the variety of urban facilities in IKN but also strengthens the ecosystem of the area to be increasingly ready to become a lively, productive, and inclusive city,” explained the Head of the IKN Authority Basuki Hadimuljono in a written statement, quoted on Saturday (9/5/2026).
Meanwhile, the Deputy Director of Dian Jaya Indonesia, Cheong Seung Hwa, expressed optimism about IKN’s development. According to him, IKN will become a modern area with regulatory certainty and fiscal incentives.
“We are interested in investing in IKN because this area is designed as a modern smart city with regulatory certainty, fiscal incentives, and significant potential for property and business value increases in the future,” he said.
In agreement, the Director of Biru Makmur Abadi, Abdul Rohman, also views IKN as a strategic opportunity for long-term investment. He believes the IKN concept is relevant to the company’s business.
“We see IKN as a strategic long-term investment opportunity. The smart and green city concept promoted by the government is very relevant to global trends,” he explained.
