The public satisfaction rate for the South Jakarta Region II New Student Admission Selection (SPMB) Post reached 93.5 percent, based on a survey conducted during the new student admissions process.

“1,294 [cases] with a resolution rate, satisfaction at 93.5 percent,” said Rosmiati, Head of Administrative Affairs for the South Jakarta Region II Education Sub-Department, when confirmed in Jakarta on Monday.

Rosmiati explained that satisfaction was measured via a barcode survey provided to the public after receiving services. According to her, the high satisfaction rate indicates that most parents and prospective students felt assisted by the services provided by officers throughout the registration process up to the self-reporting stage.

The post also offered direct assistance to members of the public experiencing difficulties with the online registration process, including help with registration and explanations regarding the SPMB stages.

In addition to face-to-face services, the public could access information via WhatsApp, telephone, Instagram, and TikTok live streams featuring various speakers on education and civil administration.

The South Jakarta Region II Education Sub-Department’s SPMB post ensured that all incoming complaints were followed up as needed, whether related to technical issues, civil administration, or information on new student admission regulations.

The South Jakarta New Student Admission Selection (SPMB) Post, centred at SMAN 70 Jakarta, handled a total of 1,294 public complaints during the 2026 SPMB implementation. Besides handling complaints in person, the post also received questions and consultations through online services. In a single day, the WhatsApp service could receive around 400 to 500 messages, while the telephone service received fewer than 100 calls. Meanwhile, the number of visitors coming directly to the post was recorded at around 100 to 150 people per day during the registration period.
