South Jakarta Public Order Agency Disperses Content Creators 'Selling' Alcohol at Mataram Park

The South Jakarta City Administration has taken action against TikTok content creators with the account @icecoldsodaa, who made a video appearing to sell alcoholic beverages at Taman Mataram, Kebayoran Baru. The action was taken as an effort to maintain public order and comfort.

“During the filming, park security officers reprimanded and dispersed the content creators,” said South Jakarta Satpol PP Head Nanto Dwi Subekti, as reported by Antara on Thursday (16/7/2026).

Nanto said the incident occurred on Sunday (12/7). Based on an explanation, the video was made solely for content purposes. In the video, two men are seen having a conversation as if they were a seller and a buyer at a cart selling alcoholic beverages, with large glasses containing the drink.

“The video was taken on Sunday, 12 July 2026, and was made solely for content purposes,” he said.

Following the video, Satpol PP officers from Kebayoran Baru Sub-district and Selong Urban Village gathered information from park security officers and security officers from the Moroccan Embassy at the location. To date, no such content has been found based on the search by South Jakarta Satpol PP personnel. Thus, the condition of Taman Mataram is now safe and conducive.

“As of today, 16 July 2026, there are no sellers of the beverages as referred to in the video,” he said.
