Before we take action against members of the public who abuse drugs, we must first ensure that our own body, our internal organisation, is free from these illicit substances,” said the Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police, AKBP Murodih, to reporters in Jakarta on Wednesday.
