Son of NTB DPRD Member Manages Dozens of Free Nutritious Meal Kitchens
Yasin, the son of a member of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Provincial DPRD, is reported to be in control of dozens of kitchens for the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme. Of the total Nutrition Fulfilment Service Units (SPPG) managed, seven are already operational in the Bima Regency area.
According to information gathered by detikBali, the dozen MBG kitchens managed by the son of the Gerindra Party politician operate under the auspices of the Rindu Younging City Foundation. These kitchens are spread across the Bolo, Lambitu, Lambu, Parado, Woha, Sape, Sanggar, Donggo, and Ambalawi districts.
The Regional Coordinator (Korwil) of the BGN for Bima Regency, Bagus Naeni Santoso, confirmed that seven SPPGs under the foundation are already operational.
“Regarding the MBG kitchens under the Rindu Younging City Foundation, seven SPPGs are already operational,” said Bagust when responding to detikBali on Monday (8/6/2026).
While Bagus did not specify the exact locations of the seven operational SPPGs, gathered information suggests that the units managed by the son of the NTB DPRD member are located in Rora Village, Donggo District, and Nipa Village, Ambalawi District.
Separately, Yasin confirmed that the MBG kitchens are controlled and managed by his son. The Secretary of the Bima Regency Gerindra Party branch office also emphasised that the foundation overseeing the MBG kitchens is owned by his son and is not affiliated with any other foundation.
“Yes. It is not affiliated with any other foundation,” he stated briefly.
