Jakarta – The General Chairman of SOKSI, Mukhamad Misbakhun, has announced that SOKSI, as one of the founding mass organisations of the Golkar Party, will organise the First National Work Meeting (Rakernas), the First National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) for 2026, and the 66th SOKSI Anniversary, all to be held in Bandung, West Java.

The selection of Bandung, West Java, as the venue for the events scheduled for 15-17 May 2026 is due to the province being a stronghold for Golkar Party votes.

“Insya Allah, Golkar Chairman Mr Bahlil Lahadalia will attend this event. Why hold it in West Java? Because West Java is Golkar’s vote bank. There is significant contribution from Jabar, namely 17 seats (in the DPR RI), this is SOKSI’s form of appreciation,” said Misbakhun during a press conference on the organisation of SOKSI’s Rakernas I and Rapimnas I 2026, at the Golkar DPP Office, Jakarta, on Monday, 4 May 2026.

At the press conference, Misbakhun was accompanied by SOKSI Secretary General Puteri Komarudin, General Treasurer AA Bagus Adhi Mahendra Putra, Organising Committee Chairman Tb Iman Ariyadi, Steering Committee Chairman Hakim Kamarudin, and Implementation Committee Chairman M Risman Pasigai.

In organising SOKSI’s 2026 Rakernas and Rapimnas, Misbakhun stated that the central and regional leadership ranks will finalise several recommendations or political statements to be presented at the Rapimnas forum.

One of them is SOKSI highlighting the government’s consistent efforts to maintain fuel prices amid global oil price volatility.

“We must have guidance; we invite Golkar Chairman Bahlil Lahadalia, after all, the Golkar Chairman is the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources. We provide strong political support regarding energy, food subsidies, and related to LPG,” said the Chairman of Commission XI of the DPR.

On that occasion, Misbakhun also emphasised SOKSI’s clear political stance in supporting national stability as well as support for all policies of the government of President Prabowo Subianto and Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka. One concrete form of SOKSI’s support to be brought to the Rakernas and Rapimnas arena is the strengthening of government subsidy policies.

One of them is the government’s decision to maintain the price of subsidised fuel, which SOKSI considers a good decision.
