SOKSI Revives P2KB Programme to Strengthen Cadre Development and Golkar Consolidation
Bandung, VIVA – The Chairman of the National Depinas SOKSI, Mukhamad Misbakhun, affirmed that SOKSI has a significant responsibility as one of the founding organisations of the Golkar party to continue providing tangible contributions through the preparation of the best cadres for the party, government, and legislative bodies at all levels.
This statement was made by Misbakhun after opening the National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) and National Working Meeting (Rakernas) of Depinas SOKSI in Bandung, West Java, on Friday, 15 May 2026.
According to him, the organisation’s greatest contribution is to produce quality cadres who can become leaders in the Golkar Party and the government.
“SOKSI feels it has a very large responsibility as one of the founding mass organisations of the Golkar Party to contribute to the Golkar Party, both by providing the best cadres to become leaders in the party, in the government, and as representatives in the DPRD (Regional People’s Representative Council) at the district/city level, the provincial DPRD, and the DPR RI (House of Representatives),” said Misbakhun.
He emphasised that the process of producing the best cadres cannot be done without strong and continuous organisational consolidation.
Therefore, SOKSI will continue to strengthen its cadre system as the main instrument in building tangible contributions to the Golkar Party and the nation.
According to Misbakhun, one of the cadre development instruments that has been a strength of SOKSI is the P2KB programme, or Pendidikan Politik Kader Bangsa (Political Education for National Cadres).
The programme serves as a platform for political education as well as a means of instilling the spirit of the ‘karya kekaryaan’ ideology to all SOKSI cadres in various regions of Indonesia.
“We will prepare through cadre development. SOKSI has a programme called P2KB, Political Education for National Cadres, which has been an educational tool and cadre instrument to convey the spirit of the ‘karya kekaryaan’ ideology to all cadres in Indonesia,” he said.
Misbakhun added that in the near future, SOKSI will revive the P2KB programme through the coordination of the Deputy Chairman for Cadre Affairs.
In addition, this year’s Rapimnas and Rakernas are also focused on preparing the organisation’s work programme for the next five years during the SOKSI leadership period of 2025–2030.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Organising Committee for the 2026 SOKSI Rakernas and Rapimnas, Iman Ariyadi, explained that the Rakernas and Rapimnas forums are efforts to strengthen organisational consolidation, prepare work programmes, strengthen the role of SOKSI cadres, and discuss strategic plans for the future.
