This award was given based on the results of a global survey of millions of passengers from various countries who rated their experiences at the airport, from departure processes to arrivals. Achieving second place worldwide demonstrates that the quality of services and facilities at Soekarno-Hatta Airport can compete with other major airports in the same category.
