Social media influencer Adam Deni submits evidence to South Jakarta police in Skyholic888 case
Jakarta — Social media influencer Adam Deni visited South Jakarta Metro Police headquarters to submit evidence in the Skyholic888 cryptocurrency fraud case and materials related to Timothy Ronald to supplement the police investigation.
“I have fulfilled my obligation as a law-abiding citizen by surrendering all data and evidence I possess. I have also deposited one vehicle to South Jakarta Police headquarters,” Adam stated when confirmed in Jakarta on Thursday.
Adam emphasised that he has discharged his civic duty as a citizen by handing over all data and evidence to the police at South Jakarta Metro Police headquarters. He also disclosed that a vehicle related to the case has been deposited with police as part of the ongoing legal proceedings.
On the occasion, he announced his withdrawal from the public dispute. Despite this, investigations continue. “I am stepping back from the conflict between both sides,” he said.
Additionally, he issued an apology to those who felt offended by various posts previously published on his social media accounts.
“I wish the best for all parties. On a personal level, I apologise to everyone who felt offended by everything I have posted,” he stated.
With this statement, Adam Deni hopes that the heated social media controversy can be resolved through legal means and provide clarity for all parties involved.
On another note, Adam Deni claimed he has been accused by a senior executive of Holywings Group of being the person behind the Instagram account @skyholic888.
The account was the first to disseminate information regarding alleged cryptocurrency investment fraud allegedly perpetrated by Timothy Ronald.
Adam Deni felt threatened by the accusation and considered it a serious allegation.
Previously, the head of public relations for the Jakarta Metropolitan Police (Polda Metro Jaya), Brigadier Budi Hermanto, confirmed that a report had been filed regarding alleged cryptocurrency investment fraud by Timothy Ronald.
