Gus Ipul stated this when asked about the implementation of the People’s School construction, which is suspected to have encountered obstacles and has received attention from the KPK regarding procurement in this programme. Gus Ipul was also asked whether the Ministry of Social Affairs would coordinate with the KPK regarding the procurement in the People’s School programme.

“Of course, we are open, and if there is time, tomorrow we will meet with the KPK leadership to report all the processes we have gone through,” Gus Ipul replied to reporters at the Bakom RI office, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (6/5/2026).

Gus Ipul views the meeting with the KPK as a good opportunity to evaluate procurement. He said the results of the evaluation from that meeting will later serve as a reference for future procurement of goods and services.

“This is a good opportunity for us to conduct an evaluation, before we carry out the procurement processes for goods and services in 2026,” he said.

In addition, Gus Ipul will coordinate with parties other than the KPK, such as the prosecutor’s office and the police. Gus Ipul assured that the Ministry of Social Affairs will be open to audits.

“We will certainly coordinate with the prosecutor’s office, the police, and including the KPK. We are very open to being audited and examined as part of our efforts to ensure there are no deviations in the procurement of goods and services within the Ministry of Social Affairs,” he concluded.
