As reported in various newspapers, the Ministry of Industry
and Trade will destroy sugar smuggled into the country. To my
knowledge, the dumping and destruction of foodstuffs or goods
that can still be utilized are sinful acts in religious terms.

By so doing, we are not counting our blessings. If any
prohibition is to be imposed by religion, it should be directed
at the act of smuggling instead of the contraband, which should
be kept for lawful use.

Therefore, I would like to suggest that the smuggled goods be
auctioned or sold and their sale proceeds be donated to social
institutions or transferred to the state coffers.

In this way, we will be among those who always count God's
blessings.
