SMS Blast Case Breaches MRT Jakarta Users' Credit Cards: Four Suspects Arrested

The Cyber Crime Directorate (Ditressiber) of the Metro Jaya Regional Police has uncovered a credit card breach syndicate operating via SMS blasting using fake BTS equipment along the Jakarta MRT route, from Bundaran HI to Blok M.

The disclosure of this case began following reports from three victims who received SMS messages containing promotions impersonating banks and e-commerce platforms.
