SMPN 111 Jakarta Teacher Expresses Pride in Meeting President Prabowo
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The arrival of President Prabowo Subianto at SMPN 111 Jakarta was met with enthusiasm not only by students but also by teachers, who expressed their pride in meeting the President.
According to a statement from the Government Communications Agency (Bakom) RI in Jakarta on Tuesday, Sainur Ragil, a Pancasila Education teacher at SMPN 111 Jakarta, expressed pride that his school had the opportunity to be visited directly by Prabowo, who was inspecting the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme.
“Today, as teachers of SMP 111, we are certainly proud to be visited by the President,” said Sainur.
He continued that the presence of the MBG programme in his school has provided a new boost of spirit for the students. In fact, according to him, student enthusiasm has been evident since the programme began. However, on Tuesday, he observed that the students’ enthusiasm for participating in teaching and learning activities, as well as for the success of the MB_G programme, had increased even further following Prabowo’s visit to the school.
“With the MBG programme, the children and the local community are very enthusiastic,” he added.
Sainur assessed that Prabowo’s visit serves as a valuable experience for the entire school community. Not only were students able to interact directly with Prabowo, but teachers also felt the government’s attention towards the field of education. As an expression of appreciation, Sainur also conveyed his hopes and prayers for Prabowo.
“May the President always be healthy and may Indonesia be successful,” he said.
Previously, the President inspected the implementation of the MBG at SMPN 111 Jakarta on Tuesday. During the visit, the President entered several classrooms to personally observe the execution of the MBG programme. Inside the classrooms, students were enjoying the nutritious meals provided through the programme, and the President also joined the students in eating together.
