Smoking on Garuda flight

On July 25, I took a Garuda plane (GA 981) from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to Jakarta.

During the flight I saw some passengers smoking despite the "No Smoking" warning sign above every seat. When I asked one of the crew members, I was simply told that smoking was indeed allowed from row 71, which happened to be my row, back.

Ironically, Garuda always boasts about its "Smoke-Free Flights".
