Smart Indonesia Academy Marks Fifth Anniversary with Launch of HAKI-Licensed Leadership Programme
Marking half a decade in the human capital development industry, Smart Indonesia Academy (SIA) has solidified its position as an influential Centre of Excellence in Indonesia.
At five years old, the institution under PT Akademi Smart Indonesia has launched the Leadership Accelerator Program (LEAP) as its latest breakthrough in strategic leadership transformation.
The LEAP launch represents a manifestation of SIA’s vision of continuous innovation. Unlike conventional training modules, LEAP is an intellectual property that has officially received copyright protection from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI), Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
The programme offers four pillars of core strength: case-based applied learning, mindful and integrated governance curriculum, post-programme lifetime strategic support, and legal legitimisation of content originality.
Founder and Director of SIA, Dr Tanti Widia Nurdiani, emphasised that SIA’s maturity in its fifth year is the fruit of its commitment to quality and customer-centric service, evidenced by the high rate of repeat orders from various strategic partners.
“In this era of intense competition, quality is an extremely important factor. We do not merely offer training; we offer a transformation journey. By gaining competitive advantage through differentiation and customer-centric service excellence, we have built a deep level of trust with our clients. They continue to work with us repeatedly because they experience customised service that directly impacts their organisations’ profitability and growth,” stated Tanti Widia Nurdiani.
SIA’s credibility is reflected in its client portfolio spanning a wide spectrum of industries. In the energy and infrastructure sectors, SIA is trusted by Pertamina Group, Jasa Marga, and Semen Indonesia Group. In transportation, partnerships extend to Garuda Indonesia and AirNav Indonesia.
Beyond the corporate and state-owned enterprise sectors, SIA has expanded to prestigious higher education institutions such as Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR), and Universitas Brawijaya (UB).
Additionally, SIA’s services reach financial institutions such as Bank Indonesia, national banks, and global multinational companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Honeywell.
With the spirit of “Scaling Up to Excellence: Transforming Service, Multiplying Growth,” Smart Indonesia Academy is now prepared to step onto the global stage.
As an accredited institution (LPK & LKP), SIA remains committed to continuously aligning the potential of Indonesian human resources with world quality standards through solutions in training, consulting, assessment, and research.
