Sleman to test over 8,000 candidates

Well over 8,000 civil service candidates for Sleman regency, Yogyakarta, will take entrance tests on Nov. 24, for which 57 school buildings have been made ready around the local administration.

"Buildings located near the regency administration were chosen to facilitate the implementation of the tests," said Sleman chief spokeswoman Sudarningsih.

She said that candidates this time would be tested for teaching, health and strategic staff positions, with 278 vacancies available.

"To be precise, a total of 8,880 candidates have passed administrative selection for the entrance tests," Sudarningsih added. --JP
