Sky House BSD+ Marks New Chapter with Construction of Esplanade Tower
Sky House BSD+’s effort to provide modern homes in BSD City has entered a new phase with the groundbreaking of Esplanade Tower on Tuesday (13 October).
Located right beside AEON MALL BSD CITY, Esplanade Tower will offer a range of unit types, from studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to two-storey Small Office Home Office (SOHO) units. The tower is designed to meet a variety of needs, from practical living spaces to more flexible accommodation for families and professionals.
As well as offering a range of units, Esplanade Tower is planned to feature a Sky Garden directly connected to the SOHO units, along with a car park linked to the tower.
“Breaking ground on Esplanade Tower is an important step in continuing the development of Sky House BSD+ and our efforts to provide homes that meet the needs of the community in BSD City. With its strategic location, growing connectivity and planned integrated facilities, we hope Esplanade Tower will add value for residents while strengthening Sky House BSD+ as one of the residential options in BSD City,” said Tan Aries Wijaya, Head of Sales and Marketing at Sky House BSD+.
The project’s potential is supported by the BSD City ecosystem, which is expected to continue growing as a residential, business, education and technology hub. The scale of activity creates a broad housing need among both owner-occupiers and renters, while strengthening the case for assessing property at Sky House BSD+ in terms of rental potential and the area’s long-term growth prospects.
With BSD City’s ecosystem projected to expand and residential, business and commercial activity in the area increasing, Esplanade Tower is expected to form part of Sky House BSD+’s effort to offer a product that meets residents’ needs and provides opportunities for asset owners.
Esplanade Tower offers homes starting at around Rp400 million, with developer instalments available for up to 100 months, subject to terms and conditions.
