Sjafardamsah Invests in REAL Shares

IQPlus, (23/6) - Sjafardamsah, a director of PT Repower Asia Indonesia Tbk. (REAL), has increased his share ownership following a purchase on 22 June 2026. In a written statement on Tuesday (23/6), REAL’s management conveyed that Sjafardamsah had bought 2 million shares, though the purchase price was not disclosed. “The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct share ownership,” the statement said. Following the transaction, Sjafardamsah’s stake in REAL now stands at 2 million shares, equivalent to 0.03%, compared to none previously.
