Six Ways to Change the Windows 7 Laptop Wallpaper
Wallpaper on a laptop is the image or background displayed on the desktop. It serves to beautify the screen and convey a personal touch according to the user’s taste. A wallpaper typically comprises photographs, illustrations, landscapes, characters, or graphic designs shown behind desktop icons and application windows in operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 10, or Windows 11.
To change the wallpaper in Windows 7:
Right-click on an empty area of the desktop.
When the menu appears, select Personalize to open the display settings.
At the bottom of the settings window, select Desktop Background.
Choose one of the available images or click Browse to select an image from a folder on the laptop.
Choose the wallpaper position such as Fill, Fit, Stretch, Tile, and Center.
After selecting the image, click Save changes to apply the wallpaper immediately.
Use an image with a resolution appropriate to the laptop screen so the wallpaper looks sharp and does not pixelate.
