SIPD Plans to Add Livestock Feed Concentrate Production Business Activity - IndoPremier

PT Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk (SIPD) is planning to add a business activity by incorporating code 10802, which covers the production of concentrate feed for livestock, poultry, and other animals. This addition is intended to complete the licensing aspects while strengthening the company’s position in the livestock industry from upstream to downstream. In a disclosure of information on Thursday (9/4), management stated that the production of concentrate feed has actually already been carried out, but it has not yet been officially recorded. With this addition, the company can meet legal requirements and expand its operational legality. The results of a feasibility study prepared by the independent appraiser KJPP Ruky, Safrudin & Rekan indicate that the plan is feasible to implement from the perspectives of market, technical, business model, management, and finance. The financial projections record an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 17.21 percent, a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp192.7 billion, a Profitability Index of 1.62, and a Payback Period of 8 years and 9 months. Management emphasises that this step will strengthen the business integration of Sreeya Sewu Indonesia, from chicken breeding to processed product processing, while also expanding market share in the continuously growing livestock feed sector.
