Singapore-listed L&M Group Investments Ltd. Thursday said a
wholly owned unit will pay US$15.2 million to acquire a 60
percent stake in a gas processing and transmission facility in
West Java, Indonesia. Indonesia's PT Petroimpex Nuansa Corporindo
and PT Moeladi are the joint sellers of the stake, L&M said.The
facility includes a 94 kilometer pipeline that extends from
Subang through Pasirjadi and Citarik to Tegalgede, West Java. --
