Since February 2025, Satgas PKH Has Saved State Assets Worth Rp371 Trillion
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Task Force for Forest Area Regulation (Satgas PKH), since its formation in February 2025 until now, has successfully saved state financial assets amounting to Rp371 trillion.
“The recovery of state financial assets amounting to Rp371,100,411,043,235,” said Attorney General ST Burhanuddin, as Chair of the First Deputy of the Satgas PKH Guidance, during the Handover of Administrative Fines and State Financial Recovery as well as the Reclamation of Forest Areas Phase VI at the Attorney General’s Office Building, Jakarta, on Friday.
In his presentation, it was explained on the screen that the amount was handed over in six instalments. The details are as follows:
First instalment of Rp13,255,244,538,149.00 on 20 October 2025 related to the corruption case of granting export facilities for crude palm oil (CPO) and its derivatives.
Second instalment of Rp6,625,294,190,469.00 on 24 December 2025 originating from administrative fines for forest areas and non-tax state revenues (PNBP) from corruption offences.
Third instalment of Rp11,420,104,815,858.00 on 10 April 2026 originating from administrative fines for forest areas and PNBP from corruption offences.
Fourth instalment of Rp2,306,292,710,054.00 originating from PBB tax and PNBP payments for 2025, as well as Rp453,928,316,611.00 from tax payments by PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara for the period ending 31 December 2025.
Fifth instalment of Rp1,000,000,000,000 from the escrow account of proceeds from the management of evidence assets of PT Duta Palma.
Sixth instalment of Rp336,039,546,472,094.00, which is the estimated value of reclaimed forest assets covering 5,888,233.57 hectares (Rp57,106,648.83 per hectare).
On Friday, Satgas PKH carried out the handover of Phase VI forest land exceeding five million hectares to the state.
The Attorney General explained that the forest land of that size comes from the palm oil plantation sector as well as the mining sector.
He detailed that in the palm oil plantation sector, since February 2025 until now, Satgas PKH has successfully reclaimed forest land covering [a certain number of] hectares. Meanwhile, in the mining sector, Satgas PKH has successfully reclaimed forest areas covering 10,297.22 hectares.
