Sinar Mas Land Supports Educational Innovation with BERHATI Festival 2026 and e-Learning Platform Launch
Sinar Mas Land has once again held the Sekolah BERHATI (Berkarakter Hijau, Sehat, dan Inovatif) Festival 2026 at The Breeze Atrium, BSD City, on Monday (15/6). Now in its third year, the festival is the culmination of the Sekolah BERHATI mentoring programme run through the company’s CSR Education Division. It serves as a platform for mentored primary, junior secondary, and senior secondary schools to showcase learning innovations, student creative works, and best educational practices developed over the past year of mentoring.
The event was attended by Tangerang Regency Head Mochamad Maesyal Rasyid, South Tangerang City Education and Culture Agency Head Deden Deni, Head of the South Tangerang Ministry of Religious Affairs Office Ahmad Rifaudin, Head of the Tangerang Regency Ministry of Religious Affairs Office Akhmad Jubaedi, Sinar Mas Land Managing Director President Office Dony Martadisata, the Sekolah BERHATI Steering Committee, representatives of mentored schools, mobilising teachers, parent-teacher associations, and around 350 participants from Tangerang Regency, South Tangerang City, and Rumpin District, Bogor.
At this year’s event, Sinar Mas Land, under its CSR tagline ‘Kontribusi Membangun Negeri’, also launched the Kontribusi Pendidikan e-Learning Platform, accessible at kontribusipendidikansml.com. This digital learning portal is designed to broaden access to knowledge and support capacity building for teachers, students, parents, and the community. The platform offers interactive learning modules based on the Sekolah BERHATI curriculum, webinars and online training, educational podcasts, inspirational articles, and a digital library covering topics such as entrepreneurship, MSME development, digital literacy, and sustainable development. The public can access these quality learning resources easily, flexibly, and free of charge.
Tangerang Regency Head Mochamad Maesyal Rasyid expressed his highest appreciation to Sinar Mas Land and its partners for their consistent commitment to supporting education through the Sekolah BERHATI programme. He noted his pride in the innovative spirit of teachers and students, stating that the works displayed proved education is not only about transferring knowledge but also about shaping character, creativity, social awareness, and the ability to face future challenges. He hoped the synergy would continue to strengthen so that more schools could benefit from innovative, inclusive, and sustainable educational programmes.
Managing Director President Office of Sinar Mas Land, Dony Martadisata, explained that Sekolah BERHATI was initiated to shape the character, environment, and innovation of future generations. This year, the company distributed educational aid totalling Rp284 million to 283 beneficiaries across the Greater Tangerang area and Rumpin District, Bogor. He added that the launch of the e-Learning Platform Kontribusi Pendidikan is part of the company’s commitment to sustainably expanding the benefits of educational programmes, believing that learning spaces must be strengthened digitally so they can be accessed anytime and anywhere, enabling teachers, students, parents, and the community to continuously improve their capacity and share best practices.
The festival featured a talkshow titled ‘Satu Hati Mendidik Generasi: Sinergi Orang Tua dan Guru dalam Membentuk Karakter Anak’ with national neuroparenting practitioner Aisah Dahlan. Participants gained insights into the importance of school-family collaboration in building resilient, empathetic children capable of facing the challenges of the times. The festival also included various competitions such as innovative learning design for teachers, video reels on Sekolah BERHATI implementation, a recycled-material fashion show, learning media innovation projects, best Sekolah BERHATI booth, and a children’s storybook writing anthology. All winners received cash prizes and electronic certificates.
The Sekolah BERHATI programme is part of Sinar Mas Land’s CSR initiatives in education, focusing on strengthening green, healthy, and innovative character through teacher capacity building, educational grants, development advocacy, and sustainable school mentoring. The programme currently reaches 441 partner schools and madrasahs across South Tangerang City, Tangerang Regency, and Rumpin District in Bogor.
