Sinar Mas Land Successfully Hosts World-Class Education Expo 2026 via Digital Hub
Sinar Mas Land, through Digital Hub, reaffirms its commitment to developing an integrated world-class education ecosystem in BSD City. To provide access to global-standard education, the company initiated the Sinar Mas Land World-Class Education Expo 2026, themed “Grow for a Better Future,” held from 10 to 12 April 2026 at Fountain Atrium, Grand Indonesia, Jakarta.
“We are proud to present the Sinar Mas Land World-Class Education Expo 2026 for the first time,” said Irawan Harahap, CEO of Digital Tech Ecosystem & Development at Sinar Mas Land.
Attended by more than 1,000 participants, the event provided comprehensive information on the world of education, from details on global education opportunities and direct consultations with experts, promotional platforms for educational institutions, to personalised advice to help students make the right education choices. “Through Digital Hub, we are consistently building an integrated education ecosystem that connects learning, life, and innovation to create collaborative spaces relevant to future needs.”
The Sinar Mas Land World-Class Education Expo 2026 involved various leading educational institutions, from preschools to universities, including Wellington College Independent School Jakarta, ACS Jakarta, Singapore Intercultural School (SIS) Jakarta, Deutsche Schule Jakarta, BINUS ASO School of Engineering, and Monash University Indonesia, as well as professors from the University of Nottingham sharing insights with parents and students on selecting interdisciplinary fields for the future. The presence of these institutions demonstrates synergy across stakeholders in expanding access to high-quality international-standard education.
“We believe that good education must be obtained continuously from an early age to adulthood, so that every individual can grow empowered, independent, and ready to face global challenges,” said Irawan.
This initiative is a tangible manifestation of the company’s efforts to open up education access in BSD City as a World-Class Education Township, supported by a variety of international-standard institutions. “Thus, we hope to encourage the emergence of superior talent that is adaptive (future-ready) to global dynamics. Moving forward, we will continue to contribute to making Indonesia a centre for global talent development that can create added value for the national economy.”
A comprehensive range of activities was presented during the exhibition, from educational talk shows and seminars, school performances, coding competitions and class experiences that provide a direct glimpse into learning methods, to kids’ coding competitions and creative workshops that encourage skill development from an early age.
In addition, various family activities such as storytelling, live music, and more were available. All these activities not only provided interactive educational experiences but also strengthened visitor engagement in a fun and inspiring learning atmosphere. Visitors also had the opportunity to gain additional benefits, such as scholarship opportunities and special offers from various global educational institutions.
