Sinar Mas Land launches premium housing in Bekasi priced from Rp3 billion to Rp7 billion
Sinar Mas Land has launched Giva, a premium housing cluster featuring smart and sustainable living at The Kaia in Grand Wisata Bekasi, West Java, with prices ranging from Rp3 billion to Rp7 billion.
Prasetijo Tanumihardja, CEO of Residential National at Sinar Mas Land, said in Tangerang, Banten, on Tuesday that the launch of Giva is part of the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality homes that prioritise comfort, sustainability, and improved living standards for residents.
Bekasi has emerged as a key growth hub for integrated modern housing in eastern Jakarta, driven by rapid infrastructure development, industrial zone expansion, and rising demand for sustainable living, leading to consistent growth in housing demand there.
Meanwhile, the premium housing market is seeing a shift towards luxurious premium living, where comfort, exclusivity, and environmental quality are key factors in home selection.
Designed under the concept ‘When Premium Living Meets Premium Land’, Giva combines strategic location, world-class architectural design, and future-ready home technology.
‘Each unit is equipped with solar panels to reduce reliance on the main power grid while supporting renewable energy use,’ he added.
‘Developed on a 4.5-hectare plot with only 115 limited units, Giva is positioned as a premium product. We believe it offers superior value in design, location, and amenities, alongside strong long-term investment potential as Bekasi’s area continues to grow rapidly,’ he said.
Under the tagline ‘Elevate Living’, Giva offers four housing types – Giva 8, Giva 9, Giva 10, and Giva 12 – designed by Stairs Architect by Steve Handoko, one of Indonesia’s leading architects.
The Giva 8 features a land area of 144m² and building area of 185m², with four bedrooms, a multi-function room, and five bathrooms.
Giva 9 has a land area of 198m² and building area of 195m², including four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a multi-function room.
Giva 10 offers a land area of 220m² and building area of 282m² with four bedrooms and five bathrooms, while Giva 12 spans 264m² of land and 302m² of building space with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a dedicated garage, and a larger garden area compared to other types.
The Giva cluster includes a range of amenities such as a private clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool, tennis court, exclusive fitness facility, and futsal court.
Residents can enjoy leisurely walks or cycling along The Kaia Boulevard’s green spaces. The cluster is also close to educational, healthcare, recreational, and commercial facilities including Living World Grand Wisata, Artotel Living World Grand Wisata, Eka Hospital, Hermina Hospital, Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Go! Wet Waterpark, Al-Azhar Islamic School, IPEKA, Notre Dame, and other amenities.
Situated within the 1,100-hectare Grand Wisata township, Giva boasts strategic connectivity to infrastructure such as direct access to the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, JORR I & II, LRT, and KCIC Jakarta-Bandung via integrated shuttle buses.
The development features three access gates: North Gate leading directly to Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road KM21, South Gate providing access to Living World Grand Wisata Mall, and West Gate connecting to Grand Wisata Boulevard. Located just 15 minutes from Jakarta and five minutes from Bekasi’s integrated economic and industrial zone, Grand Wisata is poised to become a high-potential satellite city for eastern Jakarta and its surroundings.
