Sinar Mas Land Launches Castilo Cluster in BSD City with Prices Starting at Rp1.9 Billion

Sinar Mas Land officially launched the new Terravia Castilo cluster in BSD City on Monday, May 25. The American Classic Modern-style homes are priced from Rp1.9 billion per unit, responding to positive property market trends at the start of this year. This expansion is driven by strong performance from PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), which recorded pre-sales of Rp2.54 trillion in Q1 2026—a 5% year-on-year increase from Rp2.43 trillion in the same period last year. The success of previous clusters, Adora and Belova, also indicates high consumer interest in the Terravia area. FX. During the initial sales phase, Sinar Mas Land is offering around 109 units. The cluster provides three types, ranging from Type 6.5 with 89 m² built-up area to Type 8 at 129 m². To attract buyers, the developer is offering incentives including zero-down payment promotions, early bird pricing, and shopping vouchers worth 0.5% of the property price, convertible to direct discounts. The location is strategic, near the Serpong-Balaraja Toll Road (Serbaraja) Sections 1A and 1B, and surrounded by shopping centres such as AEON Mall and QBig, as well as international educational institutions.
