Sinar Mas Land and Dairyland to Present 3.8-Hectare Farm-Themed Destination at Hiera, BSD City
Sinar Mas Land, through BSD City, continues its commitment to providing comprehensive facilities for residents and the surrounding community. This includes the development of a theme park called Dairyland at Hiera BSD, the result of a strategic partnership between Dairyland (via PT Wisata Sapta Pesona) and PT Sinar Mitbana Mas, a collaboration between Sinar Mas Land, Mitsubishi Corporation, and Surbana Jurong. The signing of the cooperation agreement for Dairyland at Hiera BSD was conducted by Daisuke Kobayashi (President Director of PT Sinar Mitbana Mas), Theodore Tennoch (Vice President Director of PT Sinar Mitbana Mas), and Yosua Lestijanto Gunawan (Director of PT Wisata Sapta Pesona) on 20 May 2026 at the Hiera Marketing Gallery, BSD City.
Dairyland at Hiera BSD is the first and only farm-themed tourist destination in the BSD City area. Embracing the spirit of ‘Joyful Place for Everyone’, it is designed as a recreational space that combines entertainment and education within a single thematic ecosystem on 3.8 hectares of land and is planned to commence operations by the end of 2028. This signing follows initial explorations between Sinar Mas Land and Dairyland in 2023 to introduce an educational farm-concept destination in BSD City. After conducting an in-depth feasibility study with Hiera BSD City, the concept was developed into a broader, integrated Dairyland at Hiera BSD, tailored to the needs of today’s modern families.
Theodore Tennoch, Vice President Director of PT Sinar Mitbana Mas, stated that Hiera was built with a vision extending beyond a residential area; the aim is for it to be a place where families grow, find happiness, and experience their best life moments. The presence of Dairyland Hiera is a tangible realisation of this commitment, while also reinforcing Hiera as a residential area with an integrated family lifestyle ecosystem connected to the Jatake Station TOD area, which will ease access for both residents and visitors. The collaboration with Dairyland makes Dairyland at Hiera BSD a lively and characterful destination, enriching recreational and lifestyle facilities for modern families living in BSD City and its surrounding areas.

Yosua Lestijanto Gunawan, Director of PT Wisata Sapta Pesona, added that the company is very enthusiastic to finally announce Dairyland’s new home in Greater Jakarta at BSD City. Here, visitors of all ages will find unforgettable experiences, ranging from direct interaction with farm animals and animal shows to an interactive milk museum that offers education about farming and dairy products in a fun and easily understandable way. Various educational workshops themed around farming and dairy experiences, interactive activities, and thematic events rotating throughout the year will make Dairyland Hiera a destination that always provides surprises and reasons to return.
Dairyland at Hiera BSD is located within the Hiera area, a 108-hectare mixed-use township in BSD City. This area is a modern residential district integrating urban lifestyle, transport connectivity, commercial spaces, and a sustainable green environment. The area is developed with a green living concept and features various open green spaces such as the Central Garden, Green Loop, Bird Feeding Area, and Great Lake, creating a family-friendly, healthy, and sustainable environment. To date, the project has two housing clusters: Welton and Wynyard.
Regarding accessibility, visitors to Dairyland Hiera can enjoy various conveniences, such as proximity to the Serpong-Balaraja Toll Road gates for Section 1A and 1B. The residential area is also accessible via the Jakarta-Merak Toll Road, the Jakarta-Serpong Toll Road integrated with the Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road, the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road, the JORR 2 Toll Road, the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Toll Road, and the Jagorawi Toll Road. Mobility to and from Hiera is also supported by public transport via the Commuter Line train through Cisauk Station in the Intermoda BSD City area and Jatake Station within the Hiera area.
