Simple Jaecoo J7 body kit yields a more aggressive look

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.COM - The Jaecoo J7 is a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) SUV with a modern and futuristic look. However, in the hands of a Thai automotive modification shop, the car appears far more aggressive thanks to a sporty-themed body kit.

Siam Bodykit introduces an accessory package named Rider Body Kit for Jaecoo J7. The package is sold for around 14,900 baht, roughly Rp 8 million.

Visually, the most noticeable changes are at the front. The modification shop adds a front under-spoiler or an additional lip bumper in gloss black with a sharp, sporty design.

Moving to the sides, the changes continue with the use of add-on side skirts featuring a combination of body colour and gloss black accents.

The sporty impression is strengthened by the use of a multispoke wheel design paired with low-profile tyres. The combination makes the wheel arches look fuller and adds an aura of elegance.

The most striking changes are actually at the rear. The rear bumper is equipped with a large rear diffuser with bold fins in gloss black.

In addition, the modification shop adds four faux exhaust holes or quad exhaust tips chrome-plated on the right and left sides of the bumper.

This touch successfully makes the Jaecoo J7’s rear look more aggressive and sporty, although it is essentially cosmetic.

Regarding materials, the body kit is made from ABS. Siam Bodykit claims that all products are designed and produced directly in Thailand using Dupont 2K paint standards to ensure the paint finish is more precise and durable.

The Rider Body Kit for Jaecoo J7 consists of a front skirt and side skirts, with colour options that can be matched to the car’s body colour.
