As a user of Simpati card service from Telkomsel, I have
lately been disappointed by Simpati's unsatisfactory network
operation. For instance, the short message service (SMS)
frequently fails. Strangely, the amount left on my card was also
expended as a consequence.
After a week of this bad experience, I contacted Simpati's
customer service. The reply was that a network expansion was
underway. In my view, such a failure is a considerable
disturbance for subscribers, especially in critical moments.
Telkomsel, therefore, would be expected to pay greater
attention to this problem and find a proper solution, for which I
would be very grateful.
