SIM Keliling on 5 March 2026 Returns to Badung, Tabanan and Buleleng

The SIM Keliling mobile driving-licence service is operating in Badung. This service is implemented to facilitate the renewal of SIM A and SIM C without having to visit the SATPAS office. Location: Damkar Dalung (east of Pasar Dalung) and Mall Pelayanan Publik (Puspem Badung).

Service hours: 08:30 WITA–finish.

• SIM Keliling Tabanan, 5 March 2026

Location: Kurnia Seafood Beraban.

Service hours: 08:00 WITA–finish.

• SIM Keliling Buleleng, 5 March 2026

Location: Desa Kekeran.

Service hours: 08:00 WITA–finish.

Fees for SIM Renewal

Government Regulation (PP) No. 60 of 2016 on Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) governs SIM renewal fees. The renewal fees are as follows.

• SIM A: Rp 80,000.

• SIM C: Rp 75,000.

Requirements for SIM Renewal

Residents are urged to complete the following requirements so that renewal applications can be processed. The requirements are:

• Bring the original and photocopy of identity card (KTP).

• Bring the original and photocopy of SIM.

• Health certificate and psychology certificate.

The SIM Keliling service only handles renewal applications for SIM A (car) and SIM C (motor) that are still active or have not expired. This service cannot be used to issue a new SIM, replace a lost SIM, or renew an expired SIM (expired).

The service aims to simplify renewals for active licences in a fast and practical way. However, if the validity period of the SIM has expired, the owner must apply for a new SIM at the SATPAS office because renewals via SIM Keliling are no longer possible.
