Silvio Napoli Appointed CEO of Lucid Following Leadership Transition
Newark, Calif. — Lucid Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCID), a leading manufacturer of advanced software-based vehicles and technology, has announced the appointment of Silvio Napoli as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. The appointment was officially announced on 14 April.

Napoli stated that after engaging with the team and gaining deeper insights into the company’s products and technology, he is confident in the company’s ability to execute its strategy consistently and deliver long-term value. His primary focus will be on strengthening customer engagement, ensuring consistent and responsible operations, achieving cost competitiveness, and enhancing both corporate and process efficiencies to optimise the team’s strengths.
Napoli brings decades of experience in global industry leadership. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Schindler Group, with expertise spanning large-scale global operations, financial management, and technology-based businesses. Marc Winterhoff, who previously served as interim CEO, will transition to the role of Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Napoli.
