Silver Bird service

I would like to make a complaint regarding Silver Bird service
from Soekarno-Hatta airport.

On March 29, I arrived at Soekarno-Hatta terminal airport by
Merpati flight 113 from Jambi approximately at 4:40 p.m.. After
collecting my luggage, I went to the Silver Bird counter to book
a Silver Bird cab as normal and the person at the counter gave me
a card with the cab number (046) and driver's name.

Then I proceeded to the assigned Silver Bird taxi stand
outside the airport building. I waited about 10 minutes but the
cab number 046 did not appear anywhere at the assigned area. A
few minutes later I approached the counter again to check whether
the assigned cab was available. I was told to wait for the cab to
arrive.

Silver Bird cab number 141 arrived at the scene. Out of
curiosity, I asked the driver whether the cab was assigned to me
and he said it was. I had a small argument with the driver. He
gave me a very bad impression. His presentation was untidy and
rude. The way he drove was rough and dangerous.

I paid him upon arrival at my destination according to the
meter reading with no tips which I normally give for good
service. He looked quite disappointed. When I got out of the cab
he accelerated quickly, knowing that my luggage was still inside
the boot. A few of my neighbors alerted the driver to stop when
they knew I was in trouble. The cab stopped and he opened the
boot from his seat.
