Siliwangi Military Commander to Flag Off Royal Enfield Jamboree, Urges West Java Stability
PANGDAM III/Siliwangi Major General TNI Kosasih, together with the Deputy Governor of West Java, will release participants of the Royal Enfield Jamboree on 11 September 2026 at the Siliwangi Regional Military Command Headquarters on Jalan Aceh, Bandung City.
This confirmation was obtained after the Reborn Indonesia management team, led by Chief Acep, held an audience with the Siliwangi Regional Military Commander on Thursday (27/8).
During the meeting, the commander, known by the nickname ‘Jenderal Santri’, also expressed his readiness to attend the Bandung Kondusif Declaration, which will be held in conjunction with the Royal Enfield Jamboree at Laswi Heritage, Bandung City, on 12 September 2026.
On that occasion, Major General TNI Kosasih entrusted a message to all motorcycle communities, particularly Reborn Indonesia, to play a role in maintaining security and order in West Java.
‘I entrust all motorcycle communities, particularly Reborn Indonesia, to jointly maintain the conduciveness of West Java. Be pioneers of traffic safety, strengthen brotherhood, and show that motorcycle communities are capable of providing benefits to society,’ he said.
Chief of Reborn Indonesia, Acep, welcomed the support from the Siliwangi Regional Military Commander for the jamboree. The commander’s presence represents tangible support for community activities that bring positive impacts to society.
‘We are ready to carry out the message of the Siliwangi Regional Military Commander to help maintain the conduciveness of West Java. This jamboree is not only a gathering event for Royal Enfield enthusiasts, but also a momentum to strengthen brotherhood and provide positive benefits to society,’ he stated.
He explained that the Royal Enfield Jamboree is not only a gathering event for enthusiasts of the legendary British motorcycle, but is also expected to stimulate the regional economy. Thousands of participants are expected to spend money in several areas along the route, from Bandung, Sumedang to Subang, thereby providing benefits to SMEs, the culinary sector, hospitality, and tourism.
Acep hopes that the jamboree will become a symbol of unity and togetherness among motorcycle communities in West Java and Indonesia. The spirit of brotherhood built through this activity is expected to strengthen solidarity between communities while presenting a positive image of the automotive world in society.
