Three conglomerate stocks recorded significant block trades on the stock exchange yesterday, Wednesday (26/2/2026).

The largest transaction occurred in Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa (RISE), valued at IDR 1.5 trillion. Two securities firms facilitated the transaction for the company owned by Hermanto Tanoko, namely Lotus Andalan Sekuritas (YJ) and Sucor Sekuritas (AZ).

A total of 350 million shares of RISE were sold by YJ at an average price of IDR 2,560, while AZ sold 241 million shares at an average price of IDR 2,564.

Four brokers absorbed the shares, namely UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas (AI), YJ, Waterfront Sekuritas, and Sinarmas Sekuritas. AI and YJ made the largest purchases, with 350 million and 215 million units respectively.

Next, a significant transaction was recorded in the company owned by Haryanto Tjiptodihardjo, Impack Pratama Industri (IMPC).

A crossing transaction worth IDR 1.3 trillion occurred at a price of IDR 2,300. Trimegah Sekuritas was the broker that facilitated the transaction, which involved the transfer of 585 million shares.

Meanwhile, Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua (PANI) was the third stock with the largest block trade on the stock exchange yesterday.

A total of 89.15 million shares of the company owned by Sugianto Kusuma or Aguan were transferred at a price of IDR 10,100.

Trimegah Sekuritas was the broker that facilitated the sale, while Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia made the purchase.

Of the three stocks involved in the significant block trades on the stock exchange, only RISE experienced a price increase yesterday.

RISE closed up 7.64% to IDR 3,240. Meanwhile, IMPC and PANI fell 1.33% and 1.98% respectively.
