Significant Acquisition of 6.6 Million IMPC Shares at Rp1,465

Tunggal Jaya Investama has acquired 6.6 million shares of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) at an average price of Rp1,465 per share, bringing the total transaction value to Rp9.6 billion.

According to information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), reported on Thursday (10/09/2026), the transaction took place between 4 and 7 September 2026. Following this acquisition, the company’s ownership in IMPC has risen to 38.39%.

Previously, Tunggal Jaya Investama purchased 11 million shares (0.02%) of IMPC at an average price of Rp1,398 per share, with a total transaction value of Rp16 billion. This transaction, disclosed on Tuesday (01/09/2026), occurred between 26 and 27 August 2026, bringing its stake to 38.38%.

PT Tunggal Jaya Investama serves as the controlling and major shareholder of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC), a manufacturing company specialising in building materials and plastics. The company is controlled by Haryanto Tjiptodihardjo, who also serves as the President Director of IMPC.

Prior to these recent acquisitions, Tunggal Jaya Investama had sold 1.45 billion shares (2.64%) of IMPC at a price of Rp1,250 per share, with the total sale value reaching Rp1.81 trillion. Subsequently, the company also performed a buyback of 2.2 million shares between 10 and 11 August 2026 at an average price of Rp1,511 per share, bringing Tunggal Jaya Investama’s total ownership to 37.12% following that transaction.
