Siemens Indonesia President and CEO awarded Best CEO 2025
Jakarta — Surya Fitri, President and CEO of PT Siemens Indonesia, has been awarded the Indonesia Best CEO Awards 2025 for his transformational leadership at the global technology company.
In a statement made in Jakarta on Friday, Surya noted that this achievement represents the dedication of the entire Siemens Indonesia team in driving collaboration and innovation to meet customer requirements.
“This award is not just for me, but for the entire Siemens Indonesia team that works with high dedication. In the midst of industry dynamics, we consistently prioritise sustainable innovation, resource development, and close collaboration,” he said.
He is convinced that Siemens technology has a real impact, from campuses producing talent, factories operating more efficiently, to electrical networks lighting the nation.
The award, presented by SWA Magazine and Dunamis Organization Services, was presented on 26 February 2026 in Jakarta.
The award is given to business leaders who demonstrate effective strategy, strong execution, and significant contribution to sustainable growth.
Surya was selected as one of five top leaders from a total of eighteen leaders in the Best CEO in Leading Company category.
The assessment was based on comprehensive evaluation using Four Essential Leadership Roles according to Franklin Covey: building trust, creating vision, executing strategy, and developing potential throughout the organisation.

Under Surya’s leadership, Siemens has recorded double-digit growth in sales and profitability for two consecutive years.
