Siemens gets UMTS order

FRANKFURT: Siemens AG received an order to build the Universal
Mobile Telecommunications System, or UMTS, network in Greece and
Bahrain, German Sunday paper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung
reports.

Citing no sources, the paper says Siemens is also close to
securing another major order in Indonesia.

No financial details of any of the orders were disclosed. -Dow
