Sido Muncul Announces Cash Dividend Worth Rp1 Trillion, Check the Schedule

Based on the decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) has approved the distribution of a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp1.08 trillion to shareholders. From this total, investors will receive Rp37 per share. The dividend distribution reflects a payout ratio of 88.6 per cent of the company’s net profit. Previously, the company had distributed an interim dividend of Rp22 per share, or Rp647.57 billion, on 20 November 2025. The remaining cash dividend of Rp441.52 billion will be distributed on 7 May 2026 or no later than 30 days after the announcement of the AGMS minutes. “The remainder of Rp15 per share, or a total of Rp441.52 billion, which will be distributed in the form of cash dividend with the schedule and procedures in accordance with applicable provisions and regulations, including but not limited to the implementation of tax withholding to shareholders, determining and announcing the cash dividend distribution schedule in accordance with applicable provisions,” stated Company Secretary Budiyanto in a disclosure quoted on Saturday, 11 April 2026. The schedule for SIDO’s cash dividend distribution is as follows: - Cum dividend date in the regular and negotiated markets: Friday, 17 April 2026 - Ex dividend date in the regular and negotiated markets: Monday, 20 April 2026 - Cum dividend date in the cash market: Tuesday, 21 April 2026 - Ex dividend date in the cash market: Wednesday, 22 April 2026 - Recording date: Tuesday, 21 April 2026 - Dividend payment date: Thursday, 7 May 2026 As of the close of trading on Friday, 10 April 2026, SIDO shares rose 0.97 per cent or 5 points to 520. This increase aligned with the rapid surge of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) by 2.07 per cent to 7,458, supported by market hopes of achieving peace between the United States (US) and Iran.
