SiCepat Ekspres Indonesia supports national logistics through expansion into the business-to-business (B2B) segment, strengthens retail markets, and develops international shipping services to enhance competitiveness and meet the needs of the sector both domestically and globally.

CEO Barry Lim said the transformation is focused on strengthening the company’s fundamentals and accelerating sustainable growth to become more adaptive to industry dynamics.

Through expansion of the B2B segment, optimisation of retail, and development of international services, we want to deliver logistics solutions that are increasingly relevant and competitive, Barry said in a statement from Jakarta on Wednesday.

He said the company is strengthening its B2B business line through logistics services that specifically address the needs of supply chain logistics and distribution up to specialised logistics.

These steps are taken to capture growth opportunities in the manufacturing, FMCG, retail supply chains and other industries that require large-scale distribution as well as customised logistics processes.

For online retail channels, SiCepat Apps and SiCepat Dashboard are already available for deliveries in the C2C and B2C segments, he said.

The company is also expanding its offline retail network through sales partners and destination points with a delivery footprint across Indonesia in the second quarter of this year.

Separately, the company is expanding its service coverage to international operations, which will begin in the second quarter of this year to support rising cross-border shipping demand.

They also target a 25 percent increase in revenue this year, after last year when revenue rose by 16 percent, he said.

The company also formally introduced its new CEO and management team to enter a phase of business transformation and a strategic direction through market expansion in the B2B segment, strengthening its retail network and international delivery services.

They are Barry Lim as Chief Executive Officer, Imam Sedayu Pusponegoro as Commercial & External Affairs Director, Andri Buchori as Finance, Accounting & Tax Director, Maurian Dermawan as Legal Director, Eko Pramudito as Human Capital Director, and Rheza Sutedja as Information Technology Director.

The company is also running its corporate social responsibility programme, including mosque donations at 12 operational points during Ramadan this year.
