SiCepat Logistik Offers Integrated Distribution Services in One System
SiCepat has officially launched SiCepat Logistik, a business-to-business (B2B) logistics service supported by the operational network of SiCepat Ekspres. Chief Executive Officer Barry Lim stated that the new service addresses common challenges faced by companies, manufacturers, brands, distributors, and retailers, including the complexity of managing multiple logistics vendors, limited shipment visibility, weak service accountability, and restricted distribution coverage.
Barry explained that the key differentiator of SiCepat Logistik is not merely the variety of services offered, but the integration of all these services within a single system. The service is specifically designed to provide an end-to-end logistics solution, encapsulating the philosophy of ‘One Partner, One System, One Accountability.’ Customers no longer need to juggle various vendors with differing standards and visibility; instead, they have one partner managing the process from the warehouse to the end customer.
The service portfolio includes Full Truckload (FTL), Less Than Truckload (LTL), warehousing, heavy cargo handling, custom logistics, air and sea freight forwarding, export-import and customs clearance, and value-added services. Within the SiCepat Group ecosystem, SiCepat Logistik manages the first-mile and middle-mile processes from manufacturers, principals, brands, distributors, and retailers to warehouses. SiCepat Ekspres then handles the last-mile delivery to end customers via e-commerce, social commerce, web stores, offline retail, or drop points.
As part of its inter-island distribution solutions, the group also introduced SiCepat Fast Lane, a sea freight service designed to be fast and affordable. The service boasts a faster transit time compared to typical sea freight, lower costs than air freight, and a consistent, predictable departure schedule.
