SIAL Interfood 2026 Expected to Open Access for Local Food Businesses to Global Scale
The national food and beverage industry continues to attract international business players amidst the growing food market in Southeast Asia. Recognising this potential, SIAL Interlar Food 2026 will be held in Indonesia as part of the global SIAL Network food exhibition.
This international business-to-business (B2B) exhibition is scheduled to take place from 4–6 November 2026 at JIExpo Kemayoran. It is organised by Seven Event in collaboration with Comexposium, with the support of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.
As part of the global SIAL network since 1964, SIAL Interfood is considered a vital platform for strengthening international trade in the food and beverages (F&B) sector. The SIAL Network is recorded to host approximately 17,000 exhibitors and over 700,000 professional visitors from 205 countries through various global events, including those in Paris, Canada, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Algeria.
SIAL’s presence in Indonesia began in 2015, targeting the continuously expanding Southeast Asian market. During its debut, the exhibition was attended by more than 800 companies from 22 countries.
“SIAL is now entering a new phase to strengthen its position as a real trading platform for the global food industry,” said Rodolphe Lameyse, CEO of the Food and Beverage Division at Comexposium.
SIAL Interfood 2026 will feature participants from over 25 countries across the Asia-Pacific, China, Europe, and the Middle East. The exhibition will also showcase various strategic sectors, ranging from frozen foods and the coffee and tea industries to food processing technology.
Andy Wismarsyah, President Director of Seven Event, stated that the primary focus of this year’s event is to provide a more productive and professional business atmosphere. “The implementation of SIAL Interfood 2026 is expected not only to be a meeting point for sellers and buyers but also a centre for the exchange of knowledge and global food industry technology,” said Andy. Through cross-border collaboration and industry engagement, the event is expected to boost the competitiveness of Indonesian food and beverage products in the international market.
