SINGAPORE (AP): A Singaporean woman who was injured in the crash of a Singapore Airlines plane last month died on Friday, bringing the fatalities from the crash to 83, the airline said.

Lee Suet Yee, among the 179 people aboard Flight SQ006, died in a Taiwanese hospital, Singapore Airlines said. The jet crashed Oct. 31.

The airline was helping Lee's family make arrangements for her to be brought back to Singapore, it said without giving further details.

Singapore's government Teletext news service said Lee suffered 95 burns in the crash. The report said she was an auditor with Singapore's United Overseas Bank.
