Showcasing at GIIAS, VinFast Introduces 'Drive Worry Free' Concept
VinFast is showcasing its expanding range of electric vehicles at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026. The manufacturer is presenting a diverse lineup, including the VF 3, VF 6, VF 7, and VF MPV 7, alongside its ‘Green’ vehicle line.
The company has also introduced the ‘Drive Worry Free’ programme, which provides a comprehensive suite of services designed to ensure peace of mind for electric vehicle owners. This approach is built upon five key pillars: Zero Operating Cost, Battery Peace of Mind, Ownership Confidence, Service Confidence, and Business Confidence. Through these pillars, VinFast aims to streamline the ownership experience, covering everything from vehicle selection and charging ease to reliable after-sales service and long-term value retention.
During the exhibition, which runs from 30 July to 9 August at ICE BSD City, Tangerang, visitors can explore an immersive area designed to simulate the full EV ownership journey. Customers making bookings during GIIAS 2026 can also access exclusive promotions, including MAP shopping vouchers ranging from Rp3 million to Rp5 million depending on the model purchased, as well as entry into lucky draws.
VinFast’s long-term ownership programmes include a guaranteed resale value of up to 80%, free charging via the V-GREEN network, free battery subscription for two years, and a lifetime battery warranty. Additionally, the ‘Green Rental’ zone features the ‘Rent to Earn’ initiative, allowing eligible VinFast owners to rent out their vehicles through the company’s official platform when not in use to generate additional income.
Visitors can also consult with VinFast representatives regarding warranty, maintenance, battery subscription packages, and flexible financing solutions provided in collaboration with Indonesian banking and finance partners. Antonio Zara, CEO of VinFast Southeast Asia, stated that the company aims to provide an integrated EV ecosystem, encompassing product lines, charging infrastructure, and mobility solutions to make EV ownership easier and more comfortable for the Indonesian public.
In the two years since entering the Indonesian market, VinFast has significantly expanded its footprint, currently operating over 40 showrooms across the country, with plans to add more than 150 new showrooms in the coming years.
