Shopee Launches Promotional Programme Management Feature in Seller Centre
Jakarta (ANTARA) - E-commerce platform Shopee has launched a ‘My Programme Management’ page in Seller Centre to help sellers monitor and manage their participation in optional promotional programmes more transparently, including cost information, programme status, and relevant programme recommendations.
This page is designed to provide sellers with clearer visibility into the promotional programmes they join, including fee structures and benefits, enabling more measured business decisions, according to an official statement from Shopee on Friday.
The feature was launched amid growing seller demand for cost transparency within the digital commerce ecosystem, particularly regarding promotional programmes that can affect the cost of goods sold (COGS) and business margins.
From an educational standpoint, the feature helps sellers understand various programmes such as Free Shipping XTRA, Promo XTRA, and Affiliate Marketing Solutions. Sellers can also monitor their participation status, view programme benefits, and calculate service fees in greater detail.
The page allows sellers to manage their promotional strategies more flexibly, including the option to join or leave programmes according to business needs. It also presents integrated data such as programme lists, benefits, service fees, and status in real time.
The ‘My Programme Management’ page can be accessed by opening the Shopee Seller Centre website or application, or via the Shopee app under the ‘My Shop’ column and selecting the ‘My Programme Management’ menu. Information displayed on the page includes:
Benefits: Shows the benefits obtained by joining the programme.
Service Fees: Displays the percentage of programme service fees and the maximum fee per product quantity.
Status: Shows the current programme status, such as Active, Ongoing, and Exit in Process. Sellers can choose to Join or Leave optional programmes they are currently or will be participating in.
Action: Select ‘View Programme’ to see information and details of programmes already joined on the Programme Details page.
Programme Recommendations to Join: Displays various optional programmes along with the status of whether the seller’s shop meets the requirements to participate.
