PT Shelter Indonesia, through its digital ecosystem platform Shelter, is integrating technology with human resources (HR) as an effort to drive clients’ operations to run more measurably, transparently, and controllably.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Shelter Indonesia, Hari Wahyudin, stated that current operational challenges are no longer just about ensuring work gets done, but also about ensuring every process can be monitored, measured, and managed better.

“The direction of Shelter Indonesia going forward is to become a strategic operational partner that integrates human resources (HR) and technology, so that clients’ operations can run more measurably, transparently, and controllably,” said Hari in an official statement in Jakarta on Friday.

Through the platform, Hari explained, various activities can be monitored and managed in one integrated system, from security monitoring via Shelter Guard, housekeeping management via Shelter Cleaning, sales activity tracking via Sellgo, to flexible workforce management via Casual Work.

“Companies are no longer just present as providers of operational workforce, but are evolving into an integrated workforce ecosystem that combines HR and technology to meet clients’ needs more comprehensively,” said Hari.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Shelter Indonesia, Nino Mayvi, said that the market no longer just seeks workforce support, but also demands stronger visibility, control, and transparency in operations.

“The market today not only needs workforce, but also needs visibility, control, and transparency. Therefore, we are building solutions that are relevant to modern clients’ needs,” said Nino.

He explained that the technology introduced by the company is not just a complement, but a tool to create work processes that are more visible, actionable, and data-based.

“With an integrated system, clients not only receive the end results, but also gain a more open and structured view of the operational processes,” said Nino.

This perspective is reinforced by Shelter Indonesia’s Business Consultant, Gordon John Stevenson, who provided insights from the perspective of business development and strategic growth.

“What Shelter is building is not just digitalisation. This is a strategic response to market needs as well as a clear affirmation of the company’s direction going forward,” said Gordon.

According to him, Shelter Indonesia’s efforts in connecting various operational elements into one integrated system present three important things for the business world today: visibility, measurability, and control.

Through the new positioning titled “A New Shape of Shelter Indonesia”, the company wants to emphasise that the future of outsourcing services can no longer rely solely on workforce.

Going forward, operational success will increasingly be determined by the ability to manage activities in an integrated manner, monitor processes in real-time, and build more transparent, measurable, and data-based work systems.

PT Shelter Indonesia is an outsourcing solutions provider that integrates HR and technology in one operational ecosystem, established since 2002.
