SHARP Launches Next-Generation A3 Colour Multifunction Printers Designed for the Future of Work
SHARP ABS (Asia Business Solutions Centre) has proudly announced the launch of its newest line-up of digital colour multifunction printers, the BP-71C, BP-61C and BP-51C series, for the Asian region. As hybrid working models continue to evolve, SHARP’s latest MFP range redefines office communications by seamlessly connecting people, ideas and workflows. Featuring AI-based intelligence, advanced security and environmentally friendly design, these devices support the creation of smarter, faster and more sustainable workplaces.
Sharp is expanding its portfolio with the launch of the Advanced Series and Essential Series Colour MFPs. The range includes the BP-71C65/C55/C45 and BP-61C36/C31 in the Advanced Series, as well as the BP-51C55/C45/C36/C31/C26 in the Essential Series. Designed to deliver an exceptional user experience, the newest MFPs are equipped with an intuitive user interface, intelligent scanning and high-speed copying, printing and scanning capabilities. With speeds ranging from 26 to 65 pages per minute for both colour and monochrome, the series supports media sizes up to SRA3, providing flexibility and efficiency for a variety of workplace needs.
Engineered to meet the diverse requirements of the education, engineering and design consultancy, healthcare, hospitality, publishing, large corporate, manufacturing, and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors, the SHARP BP-71C, BP-61C and BP-51C series Colour Multifunction Printers are here to support the future of work.

Equipped with an AI-based Auto Set Scan feature, the BP series automatically optimises resolution, image quality and document orientation for flawless scan results. On the BP-51C series, this feature requires an optional add-on. The BP-71C series can achieve speeds of up to 300 images per minute, one of the fastest in its class, via a 300-sheet Duplex Single Pass Feeder. Meanwhile, the BP-61C and BP-51C series deliver up to 80 images per minute using a 100-sheet Reversing Single Pass Feeder.
Security remains a key focus with multi-layered protection, including BIOS and firmware integrity checks, optional Bitdefender antivirus integration, Microsoft Entra ID authentication, data encryption and automatic firmware updates.
Built with sustainability in mind, the BP-71C, BP-61C and BP-51C series are not only powerful but also environmentally responsible. These devices are manufactured using up to 50 percent recycled plastics, eco-friendly packaging and ultra-low power consumption of just 0.3W in sleep mode, with high energy efficiency.
The SHARP BP-71C, BP-61C and BP-51C series will be available through SHARP subsidiaries and authorised distributors across the Asian region.
