Shares Surge Nearly 200% in a Month, IDX Suspends KOTA and CTTH Stocks
The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has temporarily suspended trading (suspension) in the shares of PT DMS Propertindo Tbk (KOTA) and PT Citatah Tbk (CTTH) due to a significant cumulative price increase.
This step is taken as a cooling-down measure to protect investors, particularly shareholders of KOTA and CTTH.
The suspension is implemented starting today, 7 May 2026, in the regular market and cash market during trading session I.
Quoting the IDX disclosure of information, the purpose is to provide sufficient time for market participants to carefully consider based on the available information in every investment decision-making process for both issuers.
“Interested parties are expected to always pay attention to the disclosures provided by the company,” stated IDX management.
For information, the share price of KOTA has surged 196.3% over the past month to Rp 163 per share. Meanwhile, CTTH shares have rocketed 180.5% over the past month to Rp 202 per share.
